This month Art meets at the intersection of creativity and well-being. Our program is filled with active exercises to promote and retain healthy habits through creativity, mindfulness and presence of self. In this new year it’s important to recognize where we are, how our goals are intertwined with our wellness and to be mindful of these constantly. Please join us as we usher in a new year of you being mindful and creating space around your own well-being. This event facilitated in partnership with Tanesha S. Pickard, LICSW and Lorraine Fortes, LMHC, MFT of the Be Mindful Clinic LLC, a black owned therapeutic service for Individuals, Couples and Groups, specializing in self-fulfillment skill building and practical life balance.
